Habitat: It is found in tropical forests.

Food: It feeds on fruits, nuts and seeds.

Habits: It is a kind of diurnal and arboreal habits. They usually live in pairs, groups or in large flocks. It nests in tree cavities where the female lays 3 to 4 eggs.

It is interesting that… after three weeks of hatching, the young parrot is ready to leave the nest, although some remain with their parents until the next mating season.
